Being a second child has its perks, Ill give you that ; However, there are some downsides to it also. Other than the obvious jealousy issues of who 'mommy loves more', you have the 'favorite' shaming also. There are theories stating that the second child behaves the worst, they aren't as gifted, and they are given more slack when it comes to parental rules & guidance. Unfortunately, in my case those are all wrong; except being "gifted"....that one may be true.
